Info For Buyers
By working exclusively with one Realtor, you have a much better chance of finding a home that meets your needs. Jane has access to virtually all homes for sale, not just the listings that she currently holds.
When you begin your search for the perfect space, your search will be made easier if you prepare a list of wants and needs ahead of time. Also include a list of things that you definitely don't want in a home. This will help Jane filter out the homes that are not suitable without wasting your precious time.
Once you've established exactly what is and isn't important to you in home, Jane can recommend you to a number of established professional mortgage brokers who can "pre-approve" you for financing. This not only helps you determine what you can reasonably afford, but also improves your status as a buyer. In a hot market such as we are experiencing now, an offer placed by a pre-approved buyer is attractive to a seller because it minimizes the risk of the sale falling through because of a lack of financing. It saves everyone time and money.
After you've found a space that fits your lifestyle and budget and made a successful offer, Jane will help you navigate through the contracts and agreements with a minimum of hassle, always there to explain your options and address any questions that you may have. You will also have access to his comprehensive network of professional contacts, including building inspectors, lawyers and notaries public, who can help you complete your real estate transaction.
Jane is a full-time professional Realtor with sufficient knowledge about the Vancouver market. With Jane, you can be sure that your new home purchase will be in the best possible hands.
